It’s so hard. I finally managed to work through most of my baggage so that I stopped living in the past. I realised yesterday that I’m now living in the future, worrying about what all I’ve to achieve that I haven’t finished, future of my relationship with A, so on. So much that I’m very rarely enjoying the present.
I’ve also imagined so much that when things like what I imagined are happening, I try to orchestrate them in the direction I want. It’s ridiculous since I even realise I’m doing it while doing it.
