Great advice. You can’t go wrong with therapeutic communication and breathing.

Thank you. It works well for me. I can even keep my blood pressure under control when I’m angry or anxious using these techniques.

I’ve tried to use it with the person I have the most mis-communication with and care about most but she unfortunately doesn’t do therapeutic communication well (gets defensive) and unfortunately I have to walk away. Imagine what a world we could have if everyone used therapeutic communication …just imagine

I don’t think most people can communicate that way. I don’t think it comes natural to people, at least it’s not for me. But working at it really does help.
