I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you all are able to be with and/or talk to your loved ones on this special day. I leave at 2:30pm to go to our cousin’s house, where there will be a lot of people. I’ll let you know how I do when I get home. I have several coping mechanisms that I can use if my anxiety gets to be too much. I’m going in with a positive attitude.

You’ll do just fine. One thing I do for events like thanks giving dinner is I fill my purse with things that will help me cope. I have a neckless with a ring on it to give me something to fiddle with. I keep a small journal and some colored pencils so I can have something to write or doodle with. Its just little thing that I have found can help me when I am around a lot of people. If you try any of these let me know if it helped you. I hope you have an amazing thanks giving!
